About me
Peace caldwell
Athletic Mental Performance Consultant
Sport has always been a huge part of my life, and at 17 years old I left England to move to America and play soccer at college. My goals at the time were to enjoy playing the sport I loved every day, develop myself as an athlete to play at the highest level possible, and experience a new part of the world as I did so.

Through that time I developed a huge passion for the mental side of sport, specifically how to psychologically maximize sporting performance, deal with the challenges of being a student-athlete, and navigate through injuries.

My goal now is to provide other athletes with the education and mental tools needed to optimize and enjoy their athletic performances, while also helping them develop as individuals both in and away from their "athletic identities".
